With the BETTER TO INCLUDE project we send a very direct message: sharing is including.
The objective of this project is to promote the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market. Thanks to our 21 years of experience, we know that shared work and partnership is a key factor for success in inclusion. That is why the Integralia Foundation, from Spain, the Associação Salvador, from Portugal and the Mestieri Lombardía Social Cooperative Consortium, from Italy, combine their experience to achieve this objective. Better To Include is a project that will base its work on inclusion on the following three axes:
Strengthen the joint work of the entities and support each other in the achievement of our common goals: reinforce the
relevance of our common objectives in terms of work with people with disabilities
Sensitize companies and inform other entities, public and private actors and society in general about good social and labor practices
Improve the training and training of technicians/educators/support personnel in the field of training, orientation and social and labor insertion of people with disabilities

Good practice guide
We will produce a guide to good practices for entities that want to promote the labor inclusion of people with disabilities

Training
We will train specialized technicians to share our knowledge and who can promote opportunities for inclusion

In the training we will include training templates, so that the technicians of the entities themselves can develop their own training itineraries for people with disabilities

Sensitization
Communication and dissemination is a very important axis in Better To Include. Play an awareness-raising role in companies and organizations to promote inclusion
